We purchased a Midea Model #18033ww which you do not have listed. We cannot keep the refrigerator cold (55 degrees frig and 25 degrees in freezer Purchased at Lowed in Bolingbrook IL. They will not help. Local area will not help. We have already lost some of our food. Locals sent out "repair man" that did nothing!!!! WE NEED HELP!!!!
