¼   c up   f reshly   c hopped   p arsley

1.   Remove   t he   l eaves   f rom   t he   c auliflower,   t hen   t rim   t he   s tem   fl ush   w ith   t he  
bo@om   o f   t he   h ead.  
2.   Mix   t he   m ustard   a nd   m ayonnaise   t ogether.   R ub   t he   c auliflower   w ith   t he  
mustard   c overing   w ell.  
3.   Sprinkle   w ith   t he   s alt   a nd   p epper.  
4.   Press   t he   p armesan   o nto   t he   c auliflower,   t hen   s pray   w ell   w ith   o il  
5.   Place   t he   h ead   i n   t he   a ir   f ryer.  
6.   Set   . mer   f or   3 0   m inutes   a nd   t emperature   t o   3 50   d egrees.  
7.   Every   t en   m inutes   s pritz   w ith   m ore   o il.  
8.   Sprinkle   w ith   p arsley   b efore   s erving.
