22. Please ask the Customer if they require �Wireless Access� or �intend using the �Wireless Access Point�.
If the customer states they will be using Wireless then continue to �step 26�.
23. To disable Wireless, from the top menu, Click on �Wireless�

Please let the customer now that we will enable the wireless but do not support the wireless just basic
internet connectivity (wired).

That the default wireless setup is unsecured and open for the world to see with no encryption.

Please suggest to the customer to secure the wireless and the following are some of the suggestions:
v To use encryption, refer the customer the modem and wireless device documentation.
v To not broadcast the SID
v To use MAC filtering
