Put the blade on the tool holder. Put the tool holder in the bowl. Put the ingredients in the bowl. Pre-cut large pieces of food into pieces of approx. 3 x 3 cm. Put the lid on the bowl. The speed settings allow you to adjust the speed of the appliance to obtain optimal results.
ENGLISH Fill the feed-tube evenly for the best results. When you have to cut large amounts of food, process only small batches at a time and empty the bowl regularly between the batches. All the ingredients for making mayonnaise should be at room temperature. Oil can be added through the small hole in the bottom of the pusher. If you are going to whip cream, the cream should be taken straight from the refrigerator. Please observe the preparation time in the table.
