  • Page 6 Installation Instructions: Step 1: Step 1 : Fan Clip Installation Take out TRUE Spirit 140 heat-sink body from the box. Apply Anti-Vibration Paddings to 4 corners of the Heatsink fin stack. Pull both ends of the Fan clip and make them go through holes on the corners of the heat-sink.
  • Page 7 Step 5: Step 6: Step 5 : Anchoring Mount Installation Step 6 :Applying Thermal Paste Place the Anchoring Mount on the Screw Apply the Thermal Paste to the base of the Nuts. Use the four M3L6 Screws to fix the Heatsink and the surface of the CPU evenly.
