16 TROUBLESHOOTING

Below there are some situations / problems that can occur while using the
device, along with a possible cause and a possible solution.
Situation / Problem
The engine is on, but the
green LED is not turning
on.
The red LED flashes
rapidly.

Possible Cause
The device
properly connected and
appears as switched off.
The vehicle's diagnostic
socket is damaged.
Device NOT activated or
NOT configured

Possible Solution
Carefully disconnect and
