1.2 Feature 1.2.1 User friendly outdoor structure Compact inner structure and core parts. 1.2.2 Double EEVs control The double EEVs control the 2 stages heat exchanger separately, which can adjust the condenser volume and optimize system performance. 1.2.3 Energy Saving: Heat recovery between different refrigerant system Heat recovery is achieved within the water loop among different refrigerant systems, higher whole system efficiency due to cooling and heating simultaneously in different refrigerant systems.
  • Page 6 1.2.5 Water pump controlled together with the outdoor The reserved water pump linkage control realizes the pump linkage control, reduces the energy consumption and eliminates hidden risks. 1.2.6 High reliability Temperature range of water inlet 45℃ ℃ Wide operation range 7~45℃...

  • Page 8 1.2.9 Easier maintenance a. Backup operation If one outdoor unit malfunction happens, the other units provide emergent operation until repair achieved. In one model system, also can realize back up operation when fix speed compressor error happens. b. Auto check function. Failure codes displayed by LED in outdoor PCB or controllers are so detailed for us to find the fail place more quickly, and can judge the failure content easily.

  • Page 203 Product introduction • Water Cooled VRF is a water-air heat pump air condition equipment which can deliver cooling and heating by taking water as its heat source. Water acts as the heat-extraction source when heating, while heat-absorption source when cooling. Thus there is no risk of frost formation on condenser’s surface. •...

  • Page 205 Water system Cooling water system guarantees Water Cooled VRF reliable operation. Water volume and water temperature should reach the design index (see the technical parameter) during the designing of VRF water system in order to not cause cooling volume dropping or tripping protection because of inadequate water or lack water or water temperature too high.
  • Page 206 ③ Water treatment and control When the Circulating cooling water runs for a long time, it will produce algae, and salinity will rise, resulting in heat exchanger fouling, which will affect the heat transfer efficiency. It is better to process timely. Electronic water treatment meters should be included for scale resistance protection and water quality stabilization.

  • Page 208 2. Insulation should be installed on the water inlet/outlet to prevent condensate water or icing; 3. Water in heat exchanger should all be drained out during long shutdown in the winter to avoid icing; 4. The diameter of water pipe should be the same as the diameter of unit connection (1-1/4 inch) or larger. 5.
  • Page 209 ⑤ Auxiliary Thermal Source: In winter, circulating water temperature is maintained from 15 to 25°C. When in heating mode, the water temperature will drop down gradually, so there should have auxiliary heating source to maintain the water temperature in rating range. There are many types of auxiliary heating source, such as boiler, wasted heating source from factory, or civilian steam system.
