11 Searching for errors

Have any damages repaired by authorized sachtler
service staff or your agent only.
Do not remove safety devices

Safety devices may only be removed by qualified
personnel for servicing purposes, and must be
immediately refitted when servicing is completed.

No light
Pairs of fluorescent
tubes without light

the power supply is connected
the mains cable is o.k.
Check if
the fuse is o.k.
the operation mode is set correctly at the
Dim/DMX switch.
the fluorescent tubes have clicked into the
socket in the correct way.
Check if the fluorescent tubes are intact.
by crosswise exchanging with intact tubes,
defective tubes can be identified.
Check the connection between the dimmer and the light.
Check if the DMX address has been set correctly.
Check if the operation mode is set correctly at the Dim/
DMX switch.
Has it fallen short of the minimum dimming range (5% with
DMX, 10% with analog or manual)?
Operate with a higher value.
Are the fluorescent tubes or reflector stained or dirty?
Remove the plug and clean the fluorescent tubes or
reflector with a damp cloth.
