Important safety notes

Observe the additional information on the oper-
ating safety of the multimedia system in the
vehicle Operator's Manual.

WARNING
If you operate information systems and com-
munication equipment integrated in the vehi-
cle when driving, you may be distracted from
the traffic situation. You could also lose con-
trol of the vehicle. There is a risk of an acci-
dent.
Only operate this equipment when the traffic
situation permits. If you are not sure that this
is possible, park the vehicle paying attention
to traffic conditions and operate the equip-
ment when the vehicle is stationary.
You must observe the legal requirements for the
country in which you are currently driving when
operating the multimedia system.
Information on operating the multimedia system
can be found in the vehicle Operator's Manual.
Vehicle menu
Menu overview
The vehicle menu of the multimedia system is
added to or changed for the hybrid operation on
the following displays:

Press the Ø button to open the vehicle menu
in the multimedia system.

Energy flow display
Press the Ø button on the multimedia sys-

tem.
The vehicle menu is displayed.
To select Energy Flow Energy Flow: turn and press the

controller.
The energy flow is displayed.
To exit the display: press the % button on

the controller.
The current energy flow in the hybrid drive sys-
tem can also be displayed in the multifunction
display ( page 40).

value for one minute.
