Usage Recommendations

Powering off the ConnectStation

We recommend that the ConnectStations are powered off using the but-
ton.

Frequency of powering on and off the ConnectStation in Integrated Mode

• We recommend that you power on the Connect Stations in a cluster one
by one, especially in case of cluster discovery by multicast announce-
ments.
• In case of cluster discovery by DNS-SD, make sure that the configure
cluster server(s) are powered on first.
• For larger clusters (3 and more ConnectStations) preferably do not fre-
quently power on and off the ConnectStations, as the cluster takes time
to form.
