Calibration Testing Procedures

These procedures are used to test the warranted specifications for the 1159A
Differential probe. The recommended calibration test interval for the 1159A is
once a year. Use the equipment listed in the Test Equipment Required section
to complete the Testing Procedures.
Perform the steps listed in the "Preliminary Procedure" section on

Perform the steps listed in the "Gain Accuracy Testing Procedure"

section on page 25.
Perform the steps listed in the "Test Offset" section on page 26.

Preliminary Procedure
Turn on the oscilloscope, the 1159A, and the other test equipment.

Allow 30 minutes for all test equipment to warm up.
