Assembly and adjustment
Prior to assembly and adjustment always

• Grease the chisel shank.
Do not apply bit lubricant to the Power
Tool.
• Push in the tool locking bar (11) and turn it
through 180°.
• Insert the chisel shank into the tool holder (3).
• Push in the tool locking bar and turn it back into
the original position.

• Pull on the chisel to check if it is properly locked.
The hammering function requires the chisel to be
able to move axially several centimetres when
locked in the tool holder.
• Fit the dust cover (12) over the end of the tool
holder (3).
• To remove a chisel push in the tool locking bar (11),
turn it through 180° and pull the chisel out of the
tool holder.
Fitting the side handle (fig. C)
The side handle (4) can be mounted on the front of the
Demolition Hammer to suit both RH- and LH-users.

Instructions for use

• Always observe the safety instructions
• Be aware of the location of pipework and
• Apply a pressure of approx. 20 - 30 kg

• Select the appropriate chisel and grease its shank.
• Insert the chisel and check if it is properly locked.
• Fit the dust cover (12).
• Fit and adjust the side handle (4) and tighten the
side handle clamp wheel (5).
• To run the tool press the ON/OFF-switch (1). The
tool now runs in continuous operation.
• To stop the tool press the locking switch (2)
briefly. Always switch OFF the tool when work is
finished and before unplugging.
