Trouble Shooting Charge controller not working after battery connected. Confirm that it is a 12V battery and the voltage is higher than 6.5V. Battery are not charging. 1, Check your controller and battery first of all，make sure your battery is available 12V battery. 2, Faulty connections The wires should always be water tight and insulated.
