Control Panel Description

Button Function
<MENU> Exits from the current menu or function
<UP> Navigates upwards through the menu list and increases the numeric value when in a function
<DOWN> Navigates downwards through the menu list and decreases the numeric value when in a function
<ENTER> Enables the currently displayed menu or sets the currently selected value into the selected function
<MANUAL> Triggers fog output while held

Auto cut-off will automatically stop fog output when the fluid tank is empty. Add more fog fluid to continue using the
product.
FC-T Timer Remote Control
The FC-T timer remote control allows you to automatically trigger haze output by setting interval, continuous, or duration
time. LED indicator lights display the machine and controller's current state. Rotary knobs set interval, output, and
duration times, while manual and continuous buttons allow overriding control. For more information, download the user

FC-T Overview
INTERVAL - Sets amount of time between outputs of haze in Timer mode.
DURATION - Sets duration of outputs of haze in Timer mode.
OUTPUT - Sets volume of haze output.
TIMER ON/OFF - Activates Timer mode.
CONTINUOUS - Activates Continuous Output mode.
MANUAL - Triggers haze output while held.
The Hurricane 1800 Flex operates according to the following priority control levels:
1. A DMX controller will take priority over both the manual button and the FC-T.
2. The manual button will take priority over the FC-T.
3. The FC-T has the lowest priority control level.

DMX Linking

The Hurricane 1800 Flex can work with a DMX controller. Instructions for connecting and configuring this product for DMX
operation are in the User Manual. If you are not familiar with DMX, download the DMX Primer from www.chauvetdj.com.
Starting Address
To ensure full access to all channels available in each DMX mode, the highest recommended DMX address is 512.
