Any component of your appliance is washable in a dishwasher.

Storage

If it is not going to be used for a long time, clean the appliance and make sure it is dry. Pack
the appliance in order to prevent dust intervention.
After packing, place it at a dry and well ventilated place. Keep it out of a direct sunlight,
away from animals and in a place out of the reach of the children.
NOTE !
Before you call Customer Service, check whether you can correct the problem/ fault
yourself.
For this purpose, please see the "TROUBLESHOOTING" section. If you can not resolve

Troubleshooting

any water from the tank
to the carafe and there is
'NoC' or ---- warning on
the display.
The ratio of water to
coffee is high.
The ratio of water to
coffee is less.
The taste of coffee is not
good.
Probable Cause
The water tank is empty.
Carafe is not placed on the
appliance.
No coffee was put after the
tare process.
C/W ratio is high.
C/W ratio is less.
The appliance needs to be
cleaned.
The thickness of the coffee
is not right.
C/W ratio is not correct.
Water quality is not good.

Solution
Fill the water tank.
Place the carafe on the
appliance.
Put coffee into the filter.
Reduce the C/W ratio.
Increase the C/W ratio.
Clean the appliance.
Use the coffee of the right
thickness.
Adjust the C/W ratio.
Use quality water.
