• Unplug the fan when not in use, before
moving it between locations, and before
cleaning,

personnel.
• Do not expose this apparatus to rain or
moisture, e.g. by operating it in a window
or verandah, etc.
• Do not immerse the power cord or plug
in water.
• Do not spray liquids into or near the fan
• Do not operate this unit in the presence
of explosive and/or flammable fumes.
• Do not place any part of the fan on or
near an open flame, cooking or heating
appliance.
• Unplug the fan when not in use, before

• Avoid contact with moving parts.
• Protect the power cord from being walked
on or pinched.
• Do not operate fan with a damaged cord
or plug, after a malfunction or if dropped
or damaged.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer, its service

order to avoid hazard.
• To disconnect grip the plug and pull from
wall outlet. Never yank on the power
cord.
• The use of attachments not recommended
by the manufacturer may be hazardous.
• Warning: Do NOT use this fan with any
solid state voltage regulator or speed
control
• Always use on a dry level and stable surface
when operating to avoid overturning.
• Do not hang or mount the fan on a wall
or ceiling.
• Never use the fan without the guards
fitted.
• Do not insert any object into the fan
guards whether the fan is running or not.
• Fully assemble the fan before switching
on.
• This appliance can be used by children
aged from 8 years and above and persons
with reduced physical, sensory and
mental capabilities or lack of experience
and knowledge if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance in a safe way and
understand the hazards involved. Children
shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning
and user maintenance shall not be made
by children without supervision.
• Once the fan is assembled, it is forbidden
to disassemble the grids (guard) when
cleaning.
