7. Fit the motor section to the pedestal stand and
tighten the thumbscrew.
Caution: The thumbscrew must be fully tightened before
the fan is operated.
8. Set the rear guard in the proper position (handle
uppermost) and screw on the guard retaining nut
until tight.
9. Install the blade onto the shaft and screw on the
blade retaining nut (counter-clockwise) until tight.
10. Place front guard onto rear guard.
11. Secure both guards firmly by aligning the guard collar
correctly and tightening the locking screw and nut.
CAUTION: DO NOT loosen the height adjustment screw
at any time during operation as this might result in
personal injury or damage to the appliance.
