The loader comes equipped with an approx. 2m long connecting cable ready to be plugged into a 220V 50Hz
single-phase current outlet.
Only connect to line power via an electric socket up to safety standards. The connection value is 250 w.
For extra safety, always provide a differential switch with 30mA release current upstream from the machine; the
electric line must be protected by a 16A automatic valve.
The rotating loader can be placed anywhere in the workshop. Ideally, it should be close to the honey storage
from which honey is taken for jar filling.
Always make sure that the power cable and the honey conveying pipes do not hinder other operations and
above all, do not imply a risk of stumbling in the passage areas for workshop operators.

The rotating loader works when coupled to a pneumatic packing machine.
It consists of a metal structure on which a motor-driven plate rotates at slow speed.
On the front of this structure, the packer is connected with its outlet nozzle on the edge of the plate.
Special guides are used to convey the jars (placed by an operator on the left-hand side of the plate) to their
filling position, and then to the right-hand side of the plate before they are stored waiting for capping and
picking.
The electronic control allows either manual or automatic operation to be selected, and the filling cycle to be
repeated 2 or 4 times to pack multiple amounts of an originally set smaller filling amount (for instance: 250 g -
500 g - 1000 g).
In the automatic mode, the presence of a jar below the packer is detected by a microswitch sending a signal to
the control unit and immediately causing a rotating plate stop, packing cycle start and simultaneous opening
and closing of the outlet nozzle - followed by a plate restart.
In the manual mode, a detected jar will cause the rotating plate to stop, while the operator sets the amount of
honey to fill via a push-button.
The worktop can contain up to 30 empty 500 g jars in the loading section, and as many filled jars in the
opposite section.
The rotating conveyor can be specially equipped to be used for plastic jars or smaller, irregularly shaped
containers.

A) Connect the packer (4) installed on the rotating loader to the vessel containing honey to be used for
filling.
B) Place a few empty jars on the left-hand side of the plate.
C) Adjust the packer height positioning by turning the handwheel (5) so that the outlet nozzle (3) is
approximately 10 mm above the jar.
D) Centre the outlet (3) in the longitudinal direction with respect to the jar, by loosening the screws locking
the packer supporting bracket (7) and causing this part to slide in its groove; re-tighten the screws after
adjustment completion.
E) Adjust the packing machine to approximately the jar capacity (by checking the packer instructions).
F) Adjust the guide (17) so that the jars can be fed on with some clearance (4mm).
