GUARANTEE
- Saninova offers a guarantee on manufacturing faults of 2 years on
the whirlpool technique and 5 years on the bath itself.
The guarantee period starts on the purchase date of your whirlpool.
- In order to be able to accept a guarantee claim, we require a copy of
your purchase invoice and the specific test certificate.
- Material damage caused by transportation or collision is not
included.
- Re-installation costs for replacing damaged baths will not be
reimbursed.
- We can only be held liable for the cost of the product involved.
