Mobile phone does not power on.

Check the Battery Voltage.
Is it more than 3.8V?
Power-on the phone and check the
power-on sound
or motor Vibration.
Sound or Vibration is ok?
Check the voltage level at R3002 while
pressing power key. Is the voltage low?
Check the signal of SDM_PS_HOLD =
Check the Clock OSC5000&U5005
Is the frequency 38.4Hz?
Check the initial operation
