SINEC H1(ETHERNET)
Bus system on the basis of the ETHERNET standard. Components of the
SIMATIC S5 and S7 series (for example, programming device, programmable
controller, remote I/O) can be networked directly using SINEC H1 interface
modules.
Software
The collective term for all programs which are used on a computer. The operating
system and the user programs are part of the concept "software".
STEP 5 Basic Package
This is a software package which represents the basis for all other STEP 5
software packages. With the programmer (PG), this package is used to program
PLCs in the SIMATIC S5 family. The language used is known as STEP 5.

Programming software for the creation of user programs for SIMATIC S7 control.

Text Cursor
The cursor shows where text may be entered, for example, in text editors and in
dialog windows. In many applications the position of the cursor can be changed by
moving and clicking the mouse pointer.
