The motor and the mirror ball are perfectly matched; only use them together. Mount the devices safely
and expertly to avoid accidental injury or damage. Suspend the mirror ball in such a way that it will be
out of reach of the audience. Observe all safety instructions on page 16.
1 Use mounting hardware that is compatible with the structure and capable of bearing the weight of the mirror
ball and the motor. Please refer to the "Accessories" section for a list of suitable hardware. Never use abrading
material such as steel cables in order to avoid material wearing.
2 If the motor shall be suspended from the ceiling or high joists, professional trussing systems have to be used.
The motor must never be fixed swinging freely in the room.
3 Use four screws to fasten the motor on the ceiling.
4 Install the main attachment chain with the screw-on chain link at the installation eyelet of the mirror ball and
tighten the fixation screw. Then insert the fourth chain link of the secondary chain with the mirror ball in the
screw-on chain link and tighten the fixation screw too.
5 Provide fall protection with the additional chain. The safety chain must be slightly longer than the main
attachment chain. Pull the safety chain through the attachment eyelet of the mirror ball and in the attachment
eyelet of the motor.
6 Check at regular intervals to make sure that the mirror ball is still safely suspended.
