1. Stay-Cool Handles – Bakelite handles are securely attached to the cooker for
comfort, safety and durability
2. Easy Lock Dial Knob – Easily opens (or securely locks) the lid in place with
one hand
3. Pressure Indicator – Raises up when pressure builds inside the pressure cooker
locking the lid. Also releases steam at if the cooker becomes over pressurized
4. Pressure Adjustment Valve – May be turned to select the desired pressure
setting prior to cooking or to release steam after cooking is complete
5. Steam Vent – This vent releases steam when the Pressure Adjustment Valve is
turned to the "Release" setting
6. Lid – The unique locking rim secures the lid in any position with no threading or
aligning needed
7. Gasket – This silicone ring provides a seal between the lid and the base
8. Base – Features a durable heavy duty encapsulated base with a stainless steel
exterior that is suitable for gas, electric, and induction cook tops
9. Volume Markings – Handy markings in both quarts and liters make measuring
and filling quick and easy and show the maximum fill level
