III. UNCRATING INSTRUCTIONS
WHEN THE FEATURE ARRIVES, IT WILL BE LYING ON ITS SIDE
The feature is lying on its side so the front of the pallet is where the top of the feature sits and the back of the
pallet is where the bottom of the feature sits.
NOTE: Long forks are recommended and used on pallet trucks/forklifts.
(1) Remove labeled screws indicated on crate
(2) Remove blocking from front and back of the pallet
Note: each end has (3) small blocks ‐ (2) Z blocks & (1) small rectangular block
(3) Remove 44" 2x4 from front of pallet
Note: the only things supporting the feature are the L‐ brackets on the sides of the feature‐ two
on each side
(4) Remove top (4) blocks that connect the L ‐ brackets
Note: each set has (2) small 2x4 blocks
The four L – brackets can also be removed at this time by removing the screws from the foot of
each bracket. Be sure to have someone there to prevent the feature from tipping sideways.

The feature is ready to stand.
You will need 3 to 6 people to stand the feature depending on the size. The weight of the feature ranges from
230 pounds (6FT unit) to 575 pounds (10FT units). Refer to previous table for recommended amount. Minimum
lifting capability should be 75lbs per person
The feature should be tilted to the base or reservoir end. While supporting both sides, lift the top of the feature
until the bottom of the base is touching the floor. Then, pivot the feature off of the pallet until it sits flat on the
floor. At this time all packaging can be removed.
INSPECT THE FEATURE FOR SHIPPING DAMAGES
