W A R R A N T Y C E R T I F I C A T E
Notice: Glass mirrors and plastics have prevalent characteristics such as bubbles, mirror rubs,
slight discolorations, blurs, and hairline scratches. These are to be expected, as they are inherent
qualities that meet or exceed federal specifications DD-G-451D.
Limited Warranty
Plantronics warrants these products, for a period of (2) two years from the original date of
purchase, to be free from defects in workmanship and faulty operation. This warranty covers the
workmanship and components originally manufactured or fabricated by BLUWORLD. This
warranty does not include the replacement of bulbs in any submersible or recessed light fixtures.
The original manufacturer warrants the light fixtures installed for a period of (1) one year. In
addition, the submersible pumps are warranted by the manufacturer for a period of (2) two years
against defective material and faulty operation. All claims must be presented to the original
manufacturer, BLUWORLD or other, along with the original purchase certificate, invoice, receipt
or bill of lading to verify a valid warranty period. This warranty does not cover any defects from
(a) improper or infrequent maintenance, (b) neglect, (c) misuse, (d) or goods damaged in transit.
BLUWORLD will not be responsible or liable for any damage caused by negligence, misuse to
include the use of Bluworld unapproved chemicals, infrequent maintenance, improper
installation, or assembly by the purchaser or for events or circumstances beyond the range of our
limited warranty. Due to the inherent nature of glass and its susceptibility to breakage and/or
fracturing, we can only warrant the glass component for a period of 30 days. There are no other
warranties, express or implied, except those specifically set forth herein. Please read all
instructions concerning assembly and maintenance carefully. Feel free to call our service
representatives with any questions regarding these matters. To make a claim under this warranty
call customer service at 888-499-5433. If a replacement is necessary, you must obtain a return
authorization from your service rep, then return the product to BLUWORLD OF WATER,
Attention: Customer Service (Your project name and number), 3093 Caruso Court, Suite 40,
Orlando, FL 32806 - USA. The faulty product or component will be replaced or repaired at no
charge. The purchaser will assume all responsibilities for shipping charges to BLUWORLD,
including insurance. If a return of a product or component is essential, please send the product,
prepaid, in its original container making sure to secure, support and protect the product to the
best ability. BLUWORLD will pay to return the unit to your location once a manufacturer's
defect has been authenticated. BLUWORLD will not be responsible for products or components
damaged in transit. BLUWORLD will warrant installation and any services performed for up to
30 days post mobilization.
