INSPECT THE FEATURE FOR SHIPPING DAMAGES The feature is lying on its side so the front of the pallet is where the top of the feature sits and the back of the pallet is where the bottom of the feature sits. NOTE: Long forks are recommended and used on pallet trucks/forklifts. (1) Remove labeled screws indicated on crate (2) Remove blocking from front and back of the pallet Note: each end has (3) small blocks ‐ (2) Z blocks & (1) small rectangular block (3) Remove 44” 2x4 from front of pallet Note: the only things supporting the feature are the L‐ brackets on the sides of the feature‐ two on each side (4) Remove top (4) blocks that connect the L ‐ brackets Note: each set has (2) small 2x4 blocks The four L – brackets can also be removed at this time by removing the screws from the foot of each bracket. Be sure to have someone there to prevent the feature from tipping sideways. The feature is ready to stand. I M P O R T A N T You will need 3 to 6 people to stand the feature depending on the size. The weight of the feature ranges from 230 pounds (6FT unit) to 575 pounds (10FT units). Refer to previous table for recommended amount. Minimum lifting capability should be 75lbs per person The feature should be tilted to the base or reservoir end. While supporting both sides, lift the top of the feature until the bottom of the base is touching the floor. Then, pivot the feature off of the pallet until it sits flat on the floor. At this time all packaging can be removed. Habitat.Plantronics.com Plantronics.com/habitat‐support ...

IV. RISER INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS (if applicable) If this was not ordered proceed to following pages (Some Plantronics features were purchased with a riser to elevate the feature, higher off the ground) Locate the risers final destination. o Note: Make sure there is enough room around this location to slide the riser cover on to the frame. You will also need enough room around the riser to lift the feature onto the riser, be sure there is enough head height to place the feature on the riser. (Recommended) There are four tabs on the bottom of the frame ‐ these are for securing the riser frame to the floor if you choose to do so. The necessary hardware for this step varies according to floor type. Mounting to the floor is highly recommended, but the method is determined by OTHERS, based on floor material. On the top of the riser there are (3) ¼‐20 studs. These correspond to the holes in the bottom of the reservoir. Take the covers off the top of the reservoir to locate these holes on the bottom of the reservoir. There are (2) holes on one side and (1) on the other. This will determine the direction your feature will face ‐ place your riser frame according to the direction you prefer your feature to face. Lift your feature into place. The weight of the features vary from between 230 lbs for the 6ft features to 575 lbs for the 10ft features. o When lifting the feature you will need at least (5) people, (4) to lift and (1) to guide the feature onto the studs located on top of the riser frame. ...

It is imperative that all powdered coated material is maintained properly and frequently to prevent calcium corrosion over time. Always keep powder coat dry to prevent water spots from forming on the surface. If calcium deposits begin to form, they must be cleaned immediately in order to avoid permanent damage to the powder coated finish. Methods for Cleaning the Powder Coated Surface 1. Dilute a mild detergent (or natural PH cleaner like vinegar) in water; 2. Use a cloth or sponge to apply the cleaning solution to the powder coat; 3. Rinse any remaining cleaning solution off with water and a clean lint‐free cloth; Wipe the surface dry with a clean lint‐free cloth. Habitat.Plantronics.com Plantronics.com/habitat‐support ...

1. Use standard paper towels and glass cleaner (CRL is recommended or Sprayway). It is best to wipe/scrub in the direction of water flow to prevent any accidental cross scratches in the glass surface; DO NOT WIPE OR SCRUB ANY PANEL SEAMS, TO AVOID POTENTIAL DAMAGE TO THE SEALANT IF DAMAGE OCCURS TO ANY SEALANT/SEAM, IT MAY NEED TO BE REMOVED/REAPPLIED Habitat.Plantronics.com Plantronics.com/habitat‐support ...

Bluworld products are comprised of high‐performance pump(s) which have been specified for each individual water feature. These pump(s) are typically sealed within the system but can be removed for service or replacement if required. Removing, replacing or tampering with the pump motors beyond regular maintenance and trouble‐shooting will void the warranty. Refer to manufacturer information later in this manual for more details. Safety Instructions (S 1) Check that the electrical data of the power supply network and that on the type plate coincide. Only connect the pump to a grounded power outlet (GFI) in accordance with the valid local or national electrical codes (NEC, UL, CSA, IEC...). Contact a qualified electrician with any questions. Do not use additional components, extension or connection cables or adapters, which are not grounded. Remove the power cable from the electrical socket prior to handling the pump. Note! In the event of a fault, a maximum of 10 switch‐on/off cycles are carried out. Should this prove unsuccessful, the pump will switch off after approx. 40 seconds. Remove the power plug from the electrical socket and clean pump if necessary. Never carry or pull the pump by the power cord. Always keep the connection points (power plug) dry. Do not operate the pump if cable or casing shows any signs of damage. Lay the connection cable such that it is protected against possible damage. To avoid potentially dangerous situations, only the manufacturer is allowed to make repairs or cable replacements. Habitat.Plantronics.com Plantronics.com/habitat‐support ...

Operation Powering Up Remove the back cover of the remote and insert two AAA batteries. Connect the LED load to the controller using either the terminal blocks (as shown below, Power 1) or the barrel connector (Power 2). Do not apply voltage to both Power 1 and Power 2 at the same time. Apply 12 or 24 VDC depending on the LED load being powered.
For non-static modes, the speed of the function can be adjusted using the S+/- buttons. Each mode has its own speed memory; so when you come back to the mode it will remember the speed it was left at the last time. Press the color wheel at any time to return lights to a static color of your choice.
