Bit 14= I-The 3708 transmits a TERMSELF (4C) to the host if the
downstream device is disconnected in the middle of a session. The host
port must be configured to transmit a TERMSELF. If this bit is set to 0
and the host is configured to send a TERMSELF, the 3708 transmits a
TERMSELF (40).
This
type
of TERMSELF is useful when using gateway applications to
cross-domain hosts.
