- Page 2 THE SMART CONNECT AT A GLANCE The Smart Connect can be used immediately, without programming in Connexx. The various functions will then apply to the universal program. For setup/pairing, follow the instructions on page 3. ➜ For hearing programs with individual settings in Connexx, follow the instructions on page 4.
- Page 3 G3 hearing systems are programmed and operational. The carrying strap (neck loop) on the Smart Connect is connected. We recommend connecting the Smart Connect to Connexx before every startup so as to run any available firmware update. See Smart Connect user guide, page CHARGING Steady orange light: The Smart Connect is charging.
- Page 4 SETUP IN CONNEXX / FIRMWARE UPDATES To use the Smart Connect as a remote control, you need to enable it in Connexx. To do this, proceed as follows: Under the menu item Configuration find the subitem Remote Controls. ➜ Here you will find all of the configurable remote controls for the connected hearing system.
