SETTING THE PEDOMETER

The Sportline 925 Solo Heart Rate Watch allows you to set a walking goal and adjust
sensitivity to maximize your workout. By activating the Goal setting, the watch displays
an indicator bar to show the progress you have made on your desired step goal. To
test sensitivity setting, while wearing the watch and walking, watch as the steps are
recorded. If it seems that steps are being missed or over counted, adjust the sensitivity
1 (lowest) - 3 (highest). 2 is the default setting.
