With all of the connections removed and the
earpiece speaker pried up from its housing, the
motherboard is free to be lifted and removed from
the LG Optimus.
•
Using the spudger, lightly pry up and remove the
headphone jack assembly from its housing in the
LG phone.
• Locate and remove the three Phillips screws
(#00) that secure the dock port into the body of
the phone with the appropriate screwdriver.
