Disassemble the rear case of
phone.
Connect the Ear-Mic Headset to
the Ear-Mic Socket of phone.
Check the Ear-Jack Detection.
Is the status of R314 low?
YES
Check the soldering status
Of J301. Is it O.K?
YES
Check the soldering status
R102. Is it O.K?
YES
U102(DBB) is broken.
Change the board.
