positioning the Bathtub • positionnement de la baignoire
Retrieve the template from between the
two walls of the bathtub and cut it where
indicated (outline of the bathtub, Fig. A).
Place the template in the same position as
at Step 1.2. the p-trap must be properly
aligned with the template.
Mark the outline of the bathtub on the floor
to position it properly. Also mark the location
of anchors on the finished flooring (Fig. B).
Drill holes in the flooring with a 3/16" drill
bit (or other size, depending on the type of
floor covering selected – Fig. C). Fasten the
anchors (5) with the four #8 x 1" screws (6)
provided (Fig. C detail).

Reprendre le gabarit se trouvant entre les
deux parois de la baignoire et le découper à
l'endroit indiqué (contour de la baignoire, fig.
A). Repositionner le gabarit tel qu'à l'étape
1.2. il est primordial de bien aligner le
siphon en p et le gabarit.
Marquer le contour de la baignoire au sol
pour la positionner correctement. Marquer
aussi l'emplacement des ancrages sur le
revêtement de sol installé (fig. B). Percer
le revêtement en utilisant une mèche de
3/16 po (ou autre selon le revêtement
choisi) (fig. C). Fixer les ancrages (5) avec
les quatre vis fournies no 8 x 1 po (6) (fig.
C détail).

Vuelva a tomar la plantilla, que está situada
entre las dos paredes de la bañera, y
recórtela en el lugar indicado (contorno de la
bañera, fig. A). Vuelva a colocar la plantilla
como en la etapa 1.2. es primordial que el
sifón en p y la plantilla estén alineados.
Marque el contorno de la bañera en el
piso para colocarla correctamente.Marque
también la ubicación de las agarraderas
sobre el revestimiento del piso acabado
(fig. B). Perfore el revestimiento utilizando
un taladro de 3/16" (u otro según el
revestimiento elegido) (fig. C). Fije las
agarraderas (5) con los cuatro tornillos
provistos 8 x 1" (6) (fig. C, detallado).
