How to poll (retrieve) Fax data out of a confidential mailbox or a bulletin board mailbox on
receiver's side (remote Fax) is explained here.

Press the [FAX] button on the control panel.

Press the [ADVANCED] button to enter the advanced menu, and
then press the [ITU MAILBOX] button.

Press the [CONFIDENTIAL] (or [BULLETIN BD.]) button, and then
press the [POLLING] button.

Press the [ENTER] button.
