    NOVOMIG 110 WELDING FUMES AND GAS The fumes, gases and dust produced during welding are hazardous. It is mandatory to ensure adequate ventilation and/or extraction to keep fumes and gases away from the work area. An air fed helmet is recommended in cases of insufficient air supply in the workplace.

Earthing of the welded part : When the part is not earthed - due to electrical safety reasons or because of its size and its location (which is the case with ship hulls or metallic building structures), the earthing of the part can, in some cases but not systematically, reduce emissions It is preferable to avoid the earthing of parts that could increase the risk of injury to the users or damage other electrical equipment.

    NOVOMIG 110 ACHTUNG! Das Werkstück ist nach dem Schweißen sehr heiß! Seien Sie daher im Umgang mit dem Werkstück vorsichtig, um Verbrennungen zu vermeiden. Achten Sie vor Instandhaltung / Reinigung eines wassergekühlten Brenners darauf, dass Kühlaggregat nach Schweißende ca. 10min weiterlaufen zu lassen, damit die Kühlflüssigkeit entsprechend abkühlt und Verbrennungen vermieden werden.
  • Page 18 NOVOMIG 110 ELEKTROMAGNETISCHE FELDER UND STÖRUNGEN Der durch Leiter fließende elektrische Strom erzeugt lokale elektrische und magnetische Felder (EMF). Beim Betrieb von Lichtbogenschweißanlagen kann es zu elektromagnetischen Störungen kommen. Durch den Betrieb dieses Gerätes können elektromedizinische, informationstechnische und andere Geräte in ihrer Funktionsweise beeinträchtigt werden.

    NOVOMIG 110 HUMOS DE SOLDADURA Y GAS El humo, el gas y el polvo que se emite durante la soldadura son peligrosos para la salud. Hay que prever una ventilación suficiente y en ocasiones puede ser necesario un aporte de aire. Una máscara de aire puede ser una solución en caso de aireación insuficiente.

    NOVOMIG 110 ELEKTROMAGNETISCHE EMISSIES Elektrische stroom die door een geleider gaat veroorzaakt elektrische en magnetische velden. De lasstroom wekt een elektromagnetisch veld op rondom de laszone en het lasmateriaal. De elektromagnetische velden, EMF, kunnen de werking van bepaalde medische apparaten, zoals pacemakers, verstoren.
