To fix casters that keep falling off your Serta Works chair:
1. Turn the 5 Star Base (part 2) upside down. 2. Insert the Casters (part 1) firmly into the holes at the bottom of the Base. 3. Make sure each caster is pushed in completely until it clicks or feels secure. 4. Turn the base right side up and test each caster to ensure it is tightly fitted.
If casters continue to fall out, inspect for damage or wear and consider replacing them.
