척의 외주가 흔들린다.
The chuck's outer body wobbles.
夹头的外围摇动。
탑죠와 베이스죠 사이의 요철부에 이물
질이 끼어있다. 탑죠 체결볼트가 정확하
게 체결되지 않았다.
There is debris between the top jaw,
groove, and base jaw.
基爪和锅造部位有杂物. 顶爪的持紧
螺栓不牢固。
소프트죠가 부당하게 성형 되었다.
The soft jaws are unequally bored.
软钢卡爪成型不合适。
탑죠가 너무 높아 변형이 있고 볼트가
늘어났다.
The height of the top jaw caused the
bolts to bend outwards.
顶爪高度过高, 因此顶爪变形, 拉紧
螺 检松开。
대책 / Action / 对策
외주 및 단면 흔들림을 확인하고 정확하게 볼트로
체결한다.
Ensure the adaptor and mounting face are tightly
secured.
检查外围和截面后，再装夹头。
탑죠를 분해하여 요철부를 청소한 후 정확한 토크
로 볼트를 조인다.
Disassembe and clean the jaws and groove
before remounting.
拆开顶爪后，打扫据齿部位, 按照规定扭矩拧
紧夹爪螺检。
성형 플러그가 척 단면에서 정확히 평행이 되는지
또한 성형 플러그를 죄일 때 변형이 있었는지를 확
인한다.
Ensure the face of the chuck is even with the
boring ring that the boring ring is not warped.
确认模塞是否与卡盘端面准确平衡，及加紧模
塞时有无变形。
탑죠의 높이를 낮춘다.
Decrease the height of the top jaw.
降低顶爪的高度。
