4. 사용상의 주의
공작물의 형상과 절삭 조건에 따라 핸들
토크를 조정 하십시오. 파이프 형상의 공
작물을 꽉 조였을 때 변형이 생길 수도
있습니다. 주물 등의 구배가 있는 형상을
파악 할때에는 공작물이 비산 되지 않도
록 스파이크가 있는 특수한 죠를 사용 하
십시오. 탑죠를 교환할 때 탑죠와 베이스
죠의 키부를 깨끗하게 청소하여 주십시
오. 흔들림 정도 불량의 원인이 될 수 있
습니다. 언밸런스의 공작물을 파악 할때
에는 적정회전속도에서 밸런스 웨이트를
부착하여 진동과 공작물 의 비산을 방지
하여야 합니다.

4. Precautions

Alter torque applied to the handle
according to the work piece's shape
and nature. Over tightening thin or
fragile work pieces may cause defor-
mations. Use special jaws with ad-
ditional gripping capability for uneven
work pieces to avoid slippage.
When changing the top jaw, clean the
top jaw's tongue and the bottom jaw's
grove. Debris left in the tongue and
grove may cause malfunctioning.
When gripping irregular work pieces, a
balance weight should be attached
to avoid vibrations and work piece
slippage.

4.使用时的注意事项
请根据工件的形状和切削条件，调整
扳手力矩。对管状工件夹紧时可能会
出现变形。夹紧铸件等有倾角的工件
时，请采用有钉子的特殊卡爪，以防
止工件飞出。更换顶端卡爪时，请清
扫干净顶端卡爪和底部卡爪。否则会
造成晃动精度不良。夹紧不平衡工件
时，应在适当的转速加平衡重，以防
止振动和工件的飞出。
