6.2 Diagnostics
Detailed diagnostics with SIMATIC PDM
1. Select one of the following views:
– Process device network view
– Process device plant view
2. Select the FF device.
3. Select the Edit > Open Object menu command.
The "SIMATIC PDM" dialog box opens.
4. Select the Diagnostics > Update diagnostics menu command.
An attempt is made to establish an online connection to the FF device.
The diagnostics status of the selected object is updated.
