REGISTERING AN ACCOUNT AND PRODUCT

6.1 ARISTON SERVICE CENTRES
Ariston Service Centres can access the Teleassistance platform by entering their cre-
dentials on the Ariston Net Portal:

6.2 END USERS
Download the official Ariston Net app from the Apple App Store or Google Play to con-
trol your boiler remotely; or connect to the Ariston Net portal:
https://www.ariston-net.remotethermo.com
You can register your account and product only after connecting the device to the In-
ternet (see paragraph 5).
IMPORTANT:
You can use Ariston Net with several devices at once: simply use the same creden-
tials to log in.
The app includes an option for registering more than one Ariston Net gateway with
a single user account.
