– Lever off cover -2-.
– Pull engine cover out of fastenings -arrows- and take out up‐
wards.
Centre engine cover for 6-cylinder petrol engine
– Unclip engine compartment covers -1- and -2- and remove
upwards.
Caution
♦ Do not push with the fist or a tool on the engine cover panel
when it is installed or engaged at securing points, it could
be damaged.
Centre engine cover for 10-cylinder diesel engine
Removing:
– Pull out dipstick -2-.
– Unclip cover -1- from fastenings -arrows- and pull off upwards.
Installing:
– Fit engine cover -1- at securing points -arrows- and press on
until it engages.
– Do not forget dipstick -2-.
Caution
♦ Do not push with the fist or a tool on the engine cover when
it is installed or engaged at securing points, it could be
damaged.
