Ascent Speed Alarm

The standard maximum ascent speed is set at 9 meters/minute - 30 ft/min.
The Ascent Speed Alarm indicates the ascent speed using icons, and is only
available in SCUBA mode.
The Ascent Rate icon consists of 3 arrows.
The Ascent Speed Alarm is both visual and audible.
The visual alarm cannot be disabled.
Users can disable the audible alarm.
The rules for the Ascent Speed Alarm are:
- Speed <= 3m/min- 10ft/min: No indication
- 3m/min- 10ft/min < Speed <= 6m/min-20 ft/min: One arrow
- 6m/min -20ft/min < Speed <= 9m/min- 30ft/min: Two arrows
- 9m/min- 30ft/min < Speed <= 12m/min 40ft/min: Three arrows
- Speed > 12m/min – 40 ft/min: Three flashing arrows + Audible alarm

MOD Exceeded Alarm

The "MOD" defines the maximum operating depth for the mix in use and is
calculated as a function of the real surface atmospheric pressure and the PpO
2
(oxygen partial pressure) set for the mix in use.
The alarm for Exceeding the MOD is visual and audible.
The visual alarm cannot be disabled; this is indicated by the field for the current
depth flashing.
Users can disable the audible alarm.
Both alarms are activated as soon as the MOD is exceeded.
