Step 4a: Connect to water with a single faucet
Caution: Do not connect multiple water supply hoses together to increase the
length of the hose. Hoses connected this way can leak and cause electrical shock. If a
hose is too short, replace the hose with a longer, high-pressure hose.
The single faucet adapter allows you to connect your washer to a single
faucet. Skip to Step 4b: Connect to water with separate faucets on
page 21 if you are connecting your washer to separate hot and cold water
faucets.
Separate the single faucet adapter into two parts, the faucet fitting and hose

fitting.
If your faucet has external threads, remove the gasket from the top of the

faucet fitting, then screw the faucet fitting over the external threads. Skip this
step if your faucet has internal threads.
If your faucet has internal threads, unscrew the aerator, if present, from the

faucet, then screw the faucet fitting into the faucet.
Screw one end of a water hose onto the base of the hose fitting.

Connect the hose fitting to the faucet fitting.

Notes:
• Make sure that the rubber gasket is on top of the faucet fitting before screwing it
into a faucet with internal threads.
• It is recommended to only run cold water washes when using the single faucet
adapter.
