Writes values to an Audio InfoFrame structure, which is defined by the EIA Standard
EIA/CEA-861-B, tables 18, 19, and 20.

The example below specifies an audio InfoFrame with these values:

• Length of 10 bytes

• 16 bit sample size
• 48Khz sampling frequency.
