InfoFrame Type Repeat Mask
HDMI: InfoFrame
Specifies if an InfoFrame type is to be sent once, after the IFGU command is executed, or
sent in every vertical blanking period.
For more information about the InfoFrame structure, see the EIA Standard
EIA/CEA-861-B, section 6.
IFTR mask
Where mask is a bit mask based on these InfoFrame type values.

frame, and that the other InfoFrame types should be sent once.
