7. Push and hold the spring in the direction of the
power trigger.
8. Make sure that the edge of the power trigger is in
the handle.
9. Attach the strain relief (E).
10. Assemble the operation handle.
11. Attach the operation handle to the handlebar. Refer
To remove and install the operation handle on
to
page 16 .
12. Connect the product to the common service tool
(CST) and install new firmware if the user interface
is replaced. Refer to
service tool (CST) on page 10 .
5.8.2.4 To disassemble the operation handle with
mechanical user interface
WARNING: Disconnect the batteries to prevent
short circuit.
18 - Repair instructions
To connect the common
CAUTION: Do not pull the wires. They are
easily damaged.
1. Remove the operation handle from the handlebar.
To remove and install the operation handle
Refer to
on page 16 .
2. Remove the 3 screws and remove the handle half
that is not connected to the main cable.
3. Loosen the strain relief (A). Lift the main cable (B),
the ESD catch (C), the user interface (D).

4. Lift the power trigger (E) and the main switch (F)
from the operation handle.
5. Disconnect the user interface (D) and the main
switch (F) from the main cable connectors (G).
6. Remove the ESD cable from the ESD catch.
7. To assemble the operation handle, refer to
assemble the operation handle with mechanical user
interface on page 18 .
