2-pipe +floor heating control specification (Parameter 17=2)
1) Cooling mode
a)
If Tr ≥ Ts + 1ºC (Parameter5 setting), then cool operation is activated. MTV1 and AUX1 are turned on. Indoor fan runs at
set speed.
b)
If Tr < Ts, then cool operation is terminated and MTV1 and AUX2 are turned off. Indoor fan runs at set speed or stop
according to parameter18 setting.
c)
The range of Ts is 16 - 30 ºC or fixed according to Parameter 4 setting.
d)
Indoor fan speed can be adjusted for low, medium, high and auto.
Low temperature protection of indoor coil (Parameter 16=0)
If Ti1 ≤ 2 ºC for 2 minutes, then MTV1 and AUX1 are turned off. If indoor fan is set for low speed, then it will run at medium
speed. If it is set at medium or high speed, then it will keep running at the same speed.
a)
If Ti1 ≥ 5 ºC for 2 minutes, then MTV1 and AUX1 are turned on. Indoor fun runs at set speed.
2) Fan mode
a)
Indoor fan runs at the set speed while heater, MTV1, MTV2, AUX1 and AUX2 are turned off.
b)
Indoor fan speed can be adjusted for low, medium and high.
3) Heat mode
a)
If Tr ≤ Ts- 1 ºC (Parameter 5 setting), then heat operation is activated and MTV2 and AUX2 are turned on. Indoor fan is
OFF.
b)
If Tr > Ts, heat operation is terminated and MTV2 and AUX2 are turned off. Indoor fan is OFF.
c)
The range of Ts is 16 - 30 ºC or fixed according to Parameter 4 setting.
d)
Indoor fan is OFF.
Anti-frozen in Winter
If Tr<5ºC when unit is OFF, thermostat will be turned on in heating mode. When Tr>8ºC, thermostat will turned OFF.
4)
Sleep mode
When sleep mode is turned ON:
Setting temperature point will increase by 0.5 ºC every 30 min in cooling mode, after 3 hours, the setting point will increase
by 3°C , the setting point is not increased.
Setting temperature point will decrease by 0.5 ºC every 30 min in heating mode, after 3 hours, the setting point will decrease
by 3°C , the setting point is not decreased.
When sleep mode is turned OFF, the setting point will be reset to pre-setting level.
5)
Modulating valve control signal (Parameter 19=1)
DA1 is based on Tr, Ts PI calculation to output 0~10 VDC.
Minimum DA1 output is according to Modbus address 310000 setting.
6) PRO1 (C1) input
While the unit is on, if C1 input is closed for 60s, the unit is turned OFF. If C1 input is opened for 10S, the unit will be turned
ON again.
