Your Posture Training System is ready.
It will gently vibrate every time you slouch.
To stop vibration, correct your posture.
The unit is not meant to vibrate for more than few
seconds in order to keep your posture correct.

Notes:

• Keep Body Buzz
Trainer switch in "OFF" position

when not in use.
• Your Body Buzz
Trainer comes with

2 x CR2032 battery. (one with unit & one spare)
• The unit is not meant to vibrate for long. If it is
kept vibrating the battery will run out and and will
need to be replaced.
• It is recommended you learn the two movements
with the Body Buzz
Trainer unit in the "on" position.

However once you are comfortable with the
movements, it is recommended you turn the unit
off to save the battery.
