9 Routine Maintenance

Affected by ambient temperature, humidity, dust, vibration, and the like, the
internal components of the local controller will be aging and be worn out.
Consequently, potential faults occur in the local controller. Therefore, it is
necessary to maintain the local controller regularly to ensure normal and
long-term operation.
All operations that can keep the local controller be in good working conditions
fall within the maintenance scope.

9.1 Safety Precautions

9.1.1 General Safety Rules

Only approved qualified persons can service the local controller.
Do not leave any screws, washers, or other metallic parts inside the
local controller. Otherwise, the device can be damaged.
After the local controller stops, wait at least 5 minutes before operating
it.

9.1.2 Five Safety Rules

Observe the following five rules during maintenance or troubleshooting to
ensure personal safety.
Disconnect the local controller from all external connections and internal
power supplies.
Ensure that the local controller will not be powered on accidentally.
Verify that the local controller interior is completely voltage-free with a
multimeter.
Perform necessary grounding connections.
