7.2. Emptying the bowl

With ttiü niachrne switched on, emply out all ol the proilucl still inside Ihe bowl,
usmg (he lever ori Ihe tap.
To femove Ihe bowl carrectly proceed as foltows:

take oft ifia lid:
Fill Ihe bowl wiih water and sei ttie Ihenflaslat lo 50"C (122*F). Operate the
appllorce lor at leasl 15-20 minules; increasing Uns amount o( time will release
any praduct residues lhat may be stuck lo ihe sdes □< iha bowl.
tmpty oul Ihe eniire contenls ol Itie bowl, using ths fevet on Ihe tap
Warning: the producl dispensed from the machine has a vory
' \ high tnmperature; riskof scaldrng.
slide Ihe mixer upwards to termve il, keeping it in line wilh the central rod
until Ihe botltim slot of the miner itself is level wilh Ihe rataiion pm;
7.3. Removing the bowl
Warning: betöre romoving ihe bovd, makc sure that the main
'| \ switch is off and lhat the machine is unplugged Irom the mains
leleclriclty and sulficlcnliy cooled down.

Romoving the bowl is prohibited if it contains Ihe praduct or
any other liquid.
It is Iundamüntally important to remove Ihe bowl and its com-
ponent parts if the mach ine is to bo correctly cleaned and sani-
lised.
