Introduction ® Thank you very much for selecting the Ecotap wall-mounted charging station. This manual describes the Wall Charging Station equipped with two type 2 sockets of 22kW each. This manual contains important information for the proper and safe installation and use of this charging station.

Safety Read the following safety regulations carefully before installing and using the charging station. Safety regulations Before mounting the charging station, ensure the location is safe for bystanders. NEVER allow children in or near your work area. Please ensure that NO ONE is allowed access to the work area unless they assist in the installation.
Mandatory checks before use The following checks are required to be performed before the charging station is installed and/or used. NEVER use the charging station if, during one or more of these checks, the power supply or stability of the charging station does not comply with safety regulations.
Cabling will have to be implemented in accordance with current standards, such as NEN1010. Exceptions to the NEN1010 standard are: Cable thickness deviates* Grounding spread resistor < 30 Ohm. Installation resistor < 1 Ohm. Voltage drop max. 2%. * Please contact Ecotap® B.V. for recommendations concerning cable thickness.
Wall installation We recommend mounting the charging station to the wall at a height of +/- 85 centimetres, measured from the bottom of the charging station. When mounting the charging station, you should take into account the strength of the wall. The wall should be completely closed, without any holes or openings.

The charging card/charging key needs to be registered before use. This registration can only be completed during business hours by telephone with ® Ecotap , telephone no. 0031 (0) 411 210 210 As soon as registration has been completed, the charging station can be used with any type of electronic transport charging card (EV charging card/charging key) or another suitable fuel card (other options available).
